Registration Process Instructions

STEP 1: Download and print the Event Registration Form

·     Do not forget, you need to fill out both the Medical Form & the Photo Release Form

STEP 2: Complete and submit both pages of the Event Registration Form

·     Submit in Person at Sunday Morning, Wednesday Night, or drop it off at the office

·     Submit via Fax: (603) 883-5814

·     Submit via Mail: Trinity Baptist Church, Student Ministries, 33 Lund Rd, Nashua, NH 03060

STEP 3: Submit payment at specified date or with the Event Registration Form

·     Make checks payable to Trinity Baptist Church or pay cash

·     Contact Student Ministries at (603) 883-5764 ext. 204 if you are in need of financial assistance
