When Jesus was asked what was the greatest of all the commandments, essentially he responded saying that all of the law and the prophets are guiding us to Love God and to Love Poeple. There will be many ways that we can grow spiritally, but the most effective will always include some elements of spending time with God in prayer and in the Bible.
